About the Position:

As the Senior Operations Manager, you will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer, playing a crucial role in implementing and managing support programs aligned with Annecto's Purpose, Principles, and Practice Framework. Your focus will be on driving operational efficiencies, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maximising community inclusion and personal autonomy for service users across LMR. As a member of Annecto’s Operations leadership team, the position of Senior Operations Manager LMR will identify, drive and lead the implementation of strategies that enhance individual and community outcomes, growth, profitability and market positioning in provision of community services. T

What We Are Looking for:

  • 5-10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a similar capacity with an Aged Care or NDIS provider.
  • Business diploma/degree and/or social sector qualifications are desirable.
  • Demonstrate a sound understanding of NDIS and Aged Care funding models, service delivery frameworks, and consumer-directed care principles.
  • Proficient in IT applications and systems, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies.
