About the role 
The Workforce Coordinator position is a multi-dimensional role with a focus on service delivery, growth and administration. Key Portfolio areas include: Management of rostering requirements for front-line staff, Management of rostering for all program recipients, Recruitment and Supervision, Project work as identified for internal and external purposes

What are we looking for?   

- Demonstrated commitment to working with people in an encouraging and supportive manner according to the principles of Person-Centred Planning 
- Knowledge of, and ability to access a range of community resources and professional services for individuals and their families 
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a culturally diverse client group 
- Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a professional team 
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain one prior to commencement 
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
- Ability to work autonomously with a high degree of initiative 
- Current Victorian Driver’s license 
- Ability to provide proof of full Covid Vaccination records including the booster

What would be great to have? 

- Knowledge of client databases e.g. Alayacare; 
- An ability to speak a community language/s; 
- Experience working in a similar role in a community-based not-for-profit organisation would be looked upon favorably
