About the Role 

Currently, we are seeking highly enthusiastic and experienced support workers to assist with supporting participants. The aim is to ensure that our recipients can participate meaningfully in their family and community life. 

What we need from you:

• Available for shifts between 8am-6pm during most days of the week;
• A strong desire to provide quality client service and support;
• Flexibility and ability to be adaptive;
• Ability to provide assistance with housework including preparation of meals;
• Highly professional and able to act in a compassionate, non-judgemental manner;
• Certificate 111 Individual Support or willingness to obtain 
• Current police check less than 3 months old or willingness to undertake one with Annecto;
• Current First Aid (with 12 months to run) and CPR Qualifications (with 3 months to run) or willingness to complete prior to employment;
• Current driver's license and own transport vehicle with insurance.
• Covid Immunisations with 1 Booster 

What would be great to have:

• Similar experience in a similar organisation. 
• A relevant qualification.
