Support Worker - QLD

• Shifts available between 8am to 6pm (5 days a per week - Weekends maybe required)  

What we need from you: 

• Availability to work varied days and times  (Minimum of 2 Days availability

• Experience in or knowledge of active support and capacity building  

• Fluency in a second language (desirable)  

• Creative, strengths-based approach to supports  

• Clear commitment to person-centered planning with a focus on quality and best practice  

• Proficiency in using technology broadly, or the capacity to learn new technology and programs as required  

• Ability to create supportive and professional working partnerships which encourage capacity building  

• Flexible, resilient and adaptive  

• Physically fit to undertake the required tasks of the position  

• Current First Aid (valid for 6 months) and CPR (valid for 3 months)  

• A current and valid driver’s license along with a reliable, insured and registered vehicle. What would be great to have:
